Introduction to Taijiquan

12-week introduction course for beginners. This course is designed for beginner to quickly familiarize themselves with the Yang Style Long Form. The Long Form has 105 moves, divided into three stages by "Apparent Closure". This course will cover the first stage, the first sixteen moves of the Long Form. Compared to the family-style classes, this course put more focus on the form itself and less on the breathing exercises and walking practices. Upon completing the course, students should feel confident joining the family-style classes.
